BJ Bechtel

BJ Bechtel is the CEO of Inner City Impact. He has worked with urban youth for over 25 years with Inner City Impact (ICI) in Chicago and Cicero. BJ leads the ICI team in working with communities where the status quo is unacceptable, mentoring youth to reimagine their self-worth and rewrite their futures. He currently resides in Cicero, where they started a new location for ICI in 2008, with his wife, Shanna, and their 5 children: Abby, Will, Caleb, Eli, and Isaac.
