Jacqueline Rincon,  MSN, APRN, FBP-BC

Ms. Rincon MSN, APRN, FBP-BC (she/her/ella) is a Family Nurse Practitioner at the LUC MNSON SBHC. She has worked in community medicine for over 10 years and has a special interest in Adolescent Medicine and immigrant health services. She enjoys partnering with adolescents to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. She also focuses on reducing barriers to healthcare for new arrivals and connecting families with community resources.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Elmhurst University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice with a focus on Systems Leadership from Loyola University of Chicago. Ms. Rincon speaks fluent Spanish.
