Why We’re Expanding

Meeting Growing Needs

We have tripled our staff and programming in the past 5 years. Our current space can no longer accommodate the demand for our clinical mental health services, workforce development, and after school programming

Increasing Impact

Mental health services for parents, guardians, and young adults (18-24) have increased significantly. More space allows us to offer group programming, store food, basic needs, and expand our reach.

A New Teen Living Room

A dedicated drop-in space for youth struggling with their mental health, after-school group work, and a safe place to connect with our behavioral Health Specialists.

The Project

We are adding a full second floor, expanding out to the sidewalk, enclosing the outdoor patio for storage, and creating a rooftop deck.

This will double our space- adding 6,000 square feet!

The new space will include:

24 New Offices
More dedicated space for our growing team and expanding programs.

Teen Living Room
A welcoming drop-in space for youth, after-school groups, mental health support, and our Project Peace Outreach Team.

New Program Spaces
A classroom and multi-purpose room will give us greater flexibility for workforce cohorts, youth programming, groups, and community activities.

More Supportive Spaces
A staff lounge, conference room, expanded first-floor offices, and additional storage for food and basic-needs items.

Rooftop Deck
A brand-new outdoor gathering space for our Youth Crossroads community.
