Natalie Palm Named Coordinator of Violence Prevention Team

Natalie Palm (MA, LPC) has been named the program coordinator for our new Violence Prevention Team. Natalie, who was previously a school-based counselor at Morton Alternative High School, will oversee two outreach workers and a case manager while providing clinical counseling to youth and young adults in the program. The purpose of this team is to provide youth and young adults ages 16-24 in the near west suburbs of Chicago with intensive case management services to prevent future victimization and perpetration of violence in the community
