Veronica is a senior in high school. Her parents have been divorced for two years due to her father’s drinking and domestic violence towards her mother. During a recent fight with her best friend, Veronica became distraught and suicidal and proceeded to take a half bottle of Tylenol. In her fear of what she did, she told her mom who rushed her to the hospital. Veronica is currently working on understanding her fear and anxiety around loss and creating healthier relationships with peers.
