Youth Development Program

Youth Leadership Program

The Youth Leadership Program (YLP) helps teens develop a sense of belonging — with themselves, their peers and their community. YLP is a hybrid program that meets Monday-Wednesday with some weekend service projects. Teens are provided with leadership training, opportunities for community service projects, college readiness activities, and the chance to meet and create new friendships.

To register your child for YLP, complete the English form here.

Youth • Connections • Academics

Youth • Connections • Academics (YCA) is our After-School Program (currently mostly remote) for middle school students. On Mondays – Thursdays, students participate in thematic Recreational, Life Skills, Art, and STEM projects. Students complete activities using the necessary material contained in weekly theme kits distributed at Youth Crossroads’ office. Recreational activities take place once a week in person at a nearby park or at the YC office. All other activities are currently done via Zoom.

To register your child for YCA, please complete the English form here.
